The terms

Fair or Fleeced ("the site", "we") is an independent fantasy football trade tool. Using the site means you accept these terms. Connecting a Sleeper account additionally requires ticking the acceptance box on the connect screen, and we record the date, the terms version, and the Sleeper account of that acceptance. If you don't agree, don't use the site, and don't connect an account.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to connect a Sleeper account or create a rankings profile, and at least 13 to use the anonymous features. You must be allowed to use Sleeper under Sleeper's own terms, and you may only connect a Sleeper account that is yours.

The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sleeper, FantasyCalc, FantasyPros, or DynastyProcess. Sleeper's terms govern your Sleeper account. The site reads public Sleeper data through Sleeper's public API and, for connected accounts, uses the same authenticated interface Sleeper's own apps use. You acknowledge that Sleeper may change or block that interface at any time, that this could break features here, and that Sleeper decides how it treats activity on your account. We are not responsible for Sleeper's actions.

Values, verdicts, grades, fairness percentages, contender scores, championship odds, trade signals, acceptance likelihoods, and suggested packages are estimates produced by models and heuristics. They are not guarantees of what a trade is worth, of whether an offer will be accepted, of league outcomes, or of any player's performance. They are not financial, gambling, or wagering advice. You make your own decisions and bear their results.

By connecting, you authorize the site to (a) read your leagues, rosters, transactions, and trade blocks, and (b) send trade offers from your Sleeper account, but only when you confirm an offer on the review screen. The site never sends an offer you have not confirmed, never accepts, declines, or counters offers, and never posts chat messages on your behalf. Preferences that skip the save step only change when the review screen opens; nothing is sent without your confirmation.

You are solely responsible for every offer sent through your connected account: its contents, whether you meant to send it, its effect on your league, any commissioner or leaguemate response, and any trade that results once the other manager accepts. An offer sent from the review screen is the same as an offer you send in Sleeper yourself.

Reading an offer carefully before confirming is your job. The values, grades, and pick labels on the review screen are aids, not warranties, and a mistake in them does not shift responsibility for the offer to us.

You are responsible for keeping your Sleeper login, one-time codes, and your signed-in session on this site secure. Anyone with access to your signed-in browser can send offers as you. Sign out in Settings on shared devices; signing out deletes the stored Sleeper token. Tell us promptly if you believe your connection was misused.

A rankings profile (username and password, no Sleeper link) exists only to save personal player rankings. It never grants the ability to send offers. You are responsible for that password; don't reuse one from another service.

Syncing or previewing a league stores that league's public Sleeper data, including other managers' Sleeper display names, team names, rosters, picks, records, and completed trades. You may only look up leagues you are entitled to view under Sleeper's terms, and you may not use the site to harass, stalk, or target other managers. Anyone whose data appears here can request removal through the contact address in section 19.

The site logs trades checked, built, saved, reviewed, sent, and their outcomes, votes on shared trade checks, and player views and searches, anonymously and permanently, and uses them to build its own player and draft-pick values. Nothing about a trade is sent to an AI service. The Privacy Policy is the complete statement and controls if the two differ.

• No scraping, bulk automated access, or reselling of values or data.
• No reverse-engineering the site's Sleeper integration to act on accounts you don't own, and no attempting to send offers from a roster you don't own. The site enforces roster ownership on the server and logs attempts.
• No impersonating another person or manager.
• No interfering with the service, its infrastructure, or other users.
• No use that violates Sleeper's terms or any applicable law.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or delete accounts that break these rules.

A shared link is public to anyone who has it and may be indexed by search engines. Don't share a link that contains information you want kept private. Votes are anonymous, one per visitor, and changeable but never stackable.

The site's code, design, the Swap F mark, and the values we produce are ours. Player names, statistics, and league data belong to their respective owners. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

The site depends on Sleeper, FantasyCalc, FantasyPros and DynastyProcess data, Google Fonts, and our hosting provider. Their availability and terms are outside our control; features that depend on them may change or disappear without notice.

The site is free and provided as is. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the whole site at any time. You can stop using it at any time; signing out of Sleeper deletes the stored token, and you can ask us to remove your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy of values or data, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost winnings, league standings, entry fees, prizes, dues, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site, from any offer sent through a connected account, from any trade accepted by another manager, from inaccurate values or data, or from Sleeper's actions. Our total liability for all claims relating to the site is capped at the greater of USD 50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which today is zero.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, offers sent through your connected account, your league disputes, your breach of these terms, or your violation of Sleeper's terms or any law.

We may update these terms. When we do, the version date at the top changes, connected users must agree to the new version before sending another offer, and continued use of the anonymous features after the effective date is acceptance of the new terms.

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the site. We may assign these terms; you may not. They create no rights for third parties.
